• I have a feeling the 1660 Super will be sufficient, but not for all games; especially with the high-res HMD you have. This all depends on what you want to play.

• yeah its vr ready. You may run into some minor issues with oculus link (mostly with steam vr home) but it plays boneworks smooth as butter and other games like vivecraft and recroom work perfectly fine. But how about GTX 1650? It's probably not a great choice. I have a GTX 1060 and it handles VR quite well.
