La GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, dentro de ser el modelo de más alta gama de la serie GTX 16xx, tiene un precio de 350 euros, y en rendimiento, como podemos ver, se acerca bastante al de la RTX 2060. Desde luego, esta tarjeta gráfica viene muy ajustada, tanto en rendimiento como en temperatura y consumo.

• I've seen some asus tuf laptops with 1660ti's and 16gb ram (cpu's differ in almost each laptop) that seem pretty solid for vr but i'd like to know others' experience with vr on a laptop (i have a quest 2 btw) I played VR on a 1050ti for ages before I finally upgraded to a 1080ti, and later 2070...

• My 1660 super desktop was comparable to my 2060 laptop. 1660ti mobile will perform just a tad below 2060 mobile. If you’re set on a laptop it’ll be fine.

Is 1660ti good enough for Valve Index?

• 1660ti is roughly equivalent to the 1070 which is the recommended spec for the Valve Index. It's absolutely fine. Of course, if you can afford a 2080ti, go for it. Just because you can afford something does not mean it makes sense to purchase. @120hz=1070ti/1080? Spend the little bit extra and at least get the 2060.

Is the GTX 1660 Ti better than the GTX 1070?

• The 1660 Ti seems to bench out at about the same or just a shade behind the 1070. I can run 90 frames pretty consistently in PC2 and iRacing - but I've not tried pushing the limits hard. I would call the 1070 OK/Good. That said, the 1070 seems to be a decent step up from the Rx 570... $300 bucks worth of up... idk.
